Workout 3 - All body conditioning

Today's workout includes 3 rounds of:

  • Squat press (30 seconds)

  • Walking lunges with dumbbells in each hand (30 seconds)

  • Burpees (30 seconds)

  • Strict sit ups (30 seconds)

  • Plank holds (30 seconds)

You will need:

  • Your game face

  • Dummbells

  • Exercise mat or towel
