Workout 2: Upper body and Abs

Today's workout includes 3 rounds of:

  • 15 pushups

  • 15 bent over rows

  • 15 shoulder presses

  • 15 leteral raises each side

  • 15 bicep curls

  • 30 second plank

You will need:

  • Your game face

  • A kettle bell

  • Exercise mat or towel
