Workout 3: Full body

Today's workout includes 3 rounds of:

  • 30 seconds of squat presses

  • 30 seconds of walking lunges with dumbbells in each hand

  • 30 seconds of burpees

  • 30 seconds of strict situps

  • 30 seconds of plank holds

You will need:

  • Your game face

  • Dumbbells

  • Exercise mat or towel
