Workout 1 - Legs and Abs

Today's workout includes 3 rounds of:

  • 15 goblet squats

  • 15 split squats each side

  • 15 kettle bell deadlifts

  • 15 glute bridge raises

  • 15 single leg glute bridge raises each side

  • Bicycle crunches round 1: 45 sec, round 2: 30 sec, round 3: 25 sec

You will need:

  • Your game face

  • A kettle bell

  • Dummbells

  • Exercise mat or towel
