Workout 1 - Legs and Booty

Today's workout includes 3 rounds of:

  • 15 air squats

  • 5 lunges on each side

  • 15 stiff-legged deadlifts

  • 15 glute bridge raises

  • 15 single leg donkey kicks on each side

  • Plank holds—round 1: 1 min; round 2: 45 secs; round 3: 30 secs

You will need:

  • Your game face

  • A kettle bell

  • Exercise mat or towel
